Australia Awards Women Leading and Influencing is delivered in three tiers, allowing scholars to engage at a level that suits their individual interests and availability.
Tier 1 - Learning & Networking
Face-to-face and online events around Australia and the Pacific connect women and men currently leading and influencing positive developmental outcomes in the Pacific with the next generation of changemakers.
Tier 2 – Developmental Leadership
Residential leadership intensives, bespoke programs and real-life leadership coaching to enrich each participant’s thinking and approach to leading and influencing change in their own contexts.
Tier 3 – From Learning to Leading & Influencing
Support for WLI alumni returning home to the Pacific through professional development and internship opportunities, network building, and access to developmental leadership project funding.
