Siteri has 13 years’ experience in superannuation, governance and commercial investments. She is specialised in commercial law and has held senior roles at the Fiji National Provident Fund. As the Fund’s Manager Legal, Siteri led the Legal Department through a restructure which taught her the importance of effective communication during times of uncertainty. After completing heron-Award studies, Siteri intends to return to her role as the Fund’s In-House Legal Counsel and Board Secretary.
She is passionate about developing the practice of commercial and superannuation law in Fiji, creating opportunities to collaborate with other corporate legal counsels in the Pacific region, and inspiring women and young people to lead in their own circles of influence.
