Rebecca is experienced inhuman resources management, and in her career, she has taken on the venture of establishing a new Human Resources department for PNG’s Bible Translation Association. She also has taught business management in technical colleges and secondary schools, where she watched many of her students go onto start their own small businesses.
Rebecca has been an assistant teacher for students with disabilities at the PNG Notre Dame Secondary School. She now would like to use her HR and business management skills to strengthen girls’ pathways from school to employment and encourage disability-inclusive and gender-equal employment opportunities within the formal and informal sectors.
