Master in Business Management

Nirose has recently completed a Master’s degree in Business Management at Queensland University of Technology. An auditor by profession, she is returning to her native Vanuatu, where she hopes to continue to work with the Public Accounts Committee, supporting the Vanuatu Parliament.
Nirose’s future goal is to become the Auditor General of Vanuatu. She is committed to improving the leadership skills of women in Vanuatu, and to support them to take on senior government and public sector roles. Nirose hopes her participation in the Women’s Leadership Initiative will enable her work more strategically and effectively with male colleagues, as to build stronger linkages between Vanuatu and other Parliaments in the regions.
