Neelta is committed to improving the health and education sectors inFiji. Specifically, by improving governance and infrastructure, and influencingeffective human resources strategies.
Neelta is the former Manager of Human Capital at Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ Fiji Office, and a voluntary Active Executive Member of the Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI). During this time, she served as FHRI’s Treasurer and Committee Chairperson of the Human Resources Awards in 2019. She also helped to establish the Fiji Psychological Society under the Fiji Industrial Associations Act.
Neelta hopes to inspire more women leaders to join the senior executive in any organisation, and to encourage young girls to ‘dream big’.
