Lisa is an experienced public health professional. She is interested in strengthening Papua New Guinea’s health system in order to improve delivery of essential healthcare services to rural communities.
Lisa’s studies have enhanced her understanding of the complex factors that influence healthcare delivery, which will enable her to effectively contribute to reform efforts on her return. Lisa hopes the Women’s Leadership Initiative will enhance her communication skills so that she can better advocate and communicate public health concepts to a range of stakeholders.
