Lina is a passionate environmental advocate with experience managing and coordinating conservation programs and activities in the Solomon Islands. Formerly Program Manager of the Forest Value Enhancement Project for Live and Learn Solomon Islands, Lina is experienced in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and coordination.
The recipient of the Ed Smith Leadership Award through the Australia Awards, Lina has also earned a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science) and Postgraduate Diploma of Science (Environmental Geoscience) from The University of the South Pacific. She aspires to contribute to Solomon Islands’ development by encouraging environmental stewardship, promoting sustainable practices, and empowering local communities through natural resource management.
