In her role as Program Support Manager for Care International in Papua New Guinea, Jeanne managed the operations team in the Bougainville field office. She recognised the importance of having efficient systems and processes in place to ensure accountability to donors of the projects.
On completion of her studies, Jeanne intends to utilise her skills and qualifications to contribute to the development of Bougainville. She is aware that human resources are integral to development and is keen to work with young women to overcome barriers that hinder their education.
