Fozia has worked as a communication specialist at Vodafone Fiji Pty. Ltd for the last eight years, as well as volunteering with the Vodafone ATH Fiji Foundation to implement various initiatives to drive social change. She believes that increasing opportunities for women’s leadership is not only vital to creating an inclusive workforce, but can also help to remove structural barriers preventing inclusive communities and nations.
The opportunity to learn from key aspects of the program, including mentoring, leadership training and professional development opportunities led Fozia to apply to join the Women’s Leadership Initiative. She intends to share the knowledge and opportunities acquired on the program with others in Fiji, strengthening networks of women in communication and leadership.
