Faith is an experienced administrator passionate about using her skills and knowledge to support development outcomes in the Solomon Islands. Before taking up her Australia Award studies, Faith took on a short-term role finalising sponsorship contracts for the Pacific Games Organising Committee and spent the previous eight years working for the Makira Ulawa Provincial Government as a Senior Administration and Planning Officer.
Faith's professional and voluntary engagements have led her to work with leaders at the national, provincial, and community levels and engage with local community groups and members. After completing her postgraduate studies, Faith hopes to return tot he Solomon Islands to implement government policies and programs that empower local institutions and develop rural communities. She also intends to share lessons learned while on the Women’s Developmental Leadership Program in support of women’s development.
