With a Master of Public Health, Euodia aims to translate PNG’s medical research into evidence-based public health programs and improve healthcare access for vulnerable communities. She has worked at PNG’s Central Public Health Laboratory and the National Department of Health in laboratory, training and coordination roles. Her research successes have led her to present at conferences in PNG, South Africa and Bangladesh.
Euodia would like to establish a community initiative where she brings sexual and reproductive health awareness trainings to communities in PNG. She believes that women’s autonomy over their own health will mitigate PNG’s current gender in equality.
