Eunice is a mechanical engineer by training and experience. Before her Masters, Eunice worked for four years as the only Technical Service Communicator in a supervisory role for Hastings Deering (PNG and Solomon Islands), and in leadership roles within the heavy equipment industry for over 10 years.
Duringher career, Eunice has noticed that not all women engineers are given the same opportunities as their male counterparts. She would like to encourage and support women engineers within PNG to get professional engineer accreditation and not give up on forging careers in this male-dominated industry. She also would like to work with key organisations and individuals in PNG to change the mindsets of women’s professional roles and abilities.
