Asenaca Barauvula

In her role as the Director of Tatadra Levu (‘Big Dreams’) Foundation, Ruci supports young students in rural areas of Fiji transition into urban education. She has a background in business accounting, teaching, and mentoring, and aspires to establish a centre to provide skill-enrichment programs to young people and women.

Through her Bachelor’s degree, Ruci hopes to learn techniques that will help ensure a smooth transition for young people in remote rural areas to further urban education and reduce early dropout rates. Participating in WLI is an opportunity for Ruci to network and explore innovative ways to empower remote and rural youth.
