Neelta is committed to improving the health and education sectors in Fiji. Specifically, by improving governance and infrastructure, and influencing effective human resources strategies.
Neelta is the former Manager of Human Capital at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Fiji Office, and a voluntary Active Executive Member of the Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI). During this time, she served as FHRI’s Treasurer and Committee Chairperson of the Human Resources Awards in 2019. She also helped to establish the Fiji Psychological Society under the Fiji Industrial Associations Act.
Neelta hopes to inspire more women leaders to join the senior executive in any organisation, and to encourage young girls to ‘dream big’.
Susan Hayes
International Development, Performance Evaluation and Dispute Resolution Specialist, NSW
Susan has over 30 years’ experience working in human resource and capacity development, social inclusion policy, community engagement, evaluation, and conflict management.
Susan has managed and advised on local and international projects and programs across Australia, Asia and the Pacific Islands (including in Fiji) within development, public, community, and education sectors including for AusAID, DFAT an Adam Smith International.
Susan has also developed numerous publications on inclusion, performance management, and legal rights, been an active member of numerous boards, and is a skilled trainer and volunteer ethics teacher.
