Sue Whittenoom

Founder and Principal Architect, The Soft Build, NSW

Sue is the founder of The Soft Build, a consultancy established in 2015 that is dedicated to helping organisations use new buildings and spaces for renewal and reinvention. A registered architect with an MBA, her work has evolved over the past 30 years from architecture to project management, program design, change management and strategic consulting.

Sue now designs change programs for building projects that are both new and different, using both the planning process and the built environment to shape new ways of living, working and learning. She is also an experienced facilitator and design advisor, and a regular speaker at national conferences and industry forums on the impact of flexible working on our cities.
