Rebecca Krai
Papua New Guinea
Master of Disability, Policy and Practice
Flinders University, SA
Rebecca is experienced in human resources management. In her career, she has taken on the venture of establishing a new Human Resources department for PNG's Bible Translation Association. She also has taught business management in technical colleges and secondary schools, where she watched many of her students go onto start their own small businesses. She has worked as an assistant teacher for students with disabilities at the PNG Notre Dame Secondary School.
Rebecca would like to use her skills in human resources and business management training to strengthen PNG girls' pathways from school to employment, while encouraging disability-inclusive and gender equal employment opportunities within both the formal and informal sectors.
